The probe "Phoenix" could not send samples of a martian ground in the chamber of a gas analyzer for research, transfers on Saturday agency Associated Press. The manipulator of a probe has collected from a surface of Mars fragments covered white for a short while a ground and should throw them in a gas analyzer. However owing to a videocamera of scientists have found out, that particles of a ground inside of a probe have not got.

Scientists believe, that systems of the device have worked all regularly. Experts plan to establish the reason of failure within several nearest days. Probably, the ground has appeared too dense to pass the filters cutting large particles. Under other version, indications about serviceability of the vibrator which should shake particles in the chamber, can mismatch the validity. We shall remind, "Phoenix" has made landing on Mars on May, 25th, 2008. Mission of a probe will last three months.
