The president of Russia Dmitry Medvedev, acting at the international economic forum in St.-Petersburg, has declared, that the plan of transformation of Moscow in the world financial center will be soon accepted.
According to the president, it, no less than transformation of rouble into one of leading regional reserve currencies, will allow to provide competitiveness of a financial system of the country.
