Meanwhile, according to the statistics of Ministry of Transport sounded by department head Igor Levitinym in the end of April, in the working days on roads of capital 650 proside is totaled.
Almost 60 % of a transport network in Moskow transport unit work in a mode of an overload. Now about 80 % of extent of the main roads and transport units of city of Moscow, especially in the central part, have completely settled throughput. In this connection experts emphasize, that if capital authorities will admit increase in an autostream in these areas, that already shortly transport movement in city simply will stop.
Experts are convinced what to solve a problem a proside in city it is possible only by means of new town-planning policy. " Capital authorities should stop immediately all construction in city, especially in its central part. On a place destroyed buildings it is necessary to build new highways and outcomes,involving still a lot of machines ", - the president of the National town-planning society Alexander Krivov has told RBC daily. Vice-president of Movement of motorists of Russia Leonid Olshansky has agreed with them . " Today dot building is ostensibly forbidden. However if we shall look at the staticized General plan of city till 2025 we shall see, that it that other as the plan of condensation of city.
